I contacted Karen with only 30 days to move out of our house. We were moving from a 6,800 ft home where we had raised 5 kids and I was ready to downsize and keep very little. From our first conversation I had felt confident that Karen and her team from Night Owl Estate Sales would make this potentially overwhelming move almost easy! We agreed on what was a very reasonable fee and Karen handled everything from there. Starting with the Estate Sale and following her process of throwing away as little as possible everything was seamless. I was especially impressed with her working with specialty donation companies after the Estate Sale who paid for and took more than I expected. The throw away and clean up was finished in time and the house was ready for closing! We made a nice profit on our sale, threw away less than I thought we would, and it was practically stress free.
